It's similar to Apples to Apples, but it's totally politically incorrect. It's only for adult gamers, and if anyone in your group is offended by profanity, bad language or sick jokes, stay away from it.
Also, another good game to play while drinking beer would be Say Anything. Very fun casual game.
I haven't played it yet, but Red Dragon Inn is a fantasy take that card game about drinking and trying to stay sober, the video reviews look fun! Can get on Amazon.
